When the manual/automatic transmission is repaired separately and the timing belt is replaced without disassembling the engine assembly, a hoisting tool for temporarily suspending the engine is often used, which is mainly composed of engine support frame and suspender.
The use methods of engine support frame and suspender are as follows:
(1) Turn off the ignition key and disconnect the battery negative cable.
(2) Tighten the two fixed nuts on the engine support frame and fix them on the front body (fender).
(3) First hook the engine's two lifting ears with a boom, then hook the boom with a hook, and then rotate the hook nut vigorously, fix the boom on the engine support frame until the lifting device is not relaxed.
(4) Remove the right bracket assembly of the engine, then replace the timing belt, or lift the car after installing the hoisting tool, and remove the transmission assembly separately at the bottom of the car.

Cautions for engine hoisting
Safety should be paid attention to first in engine hoisting.
Second, pay attention to protect the engine during the hoisting process, do not damage the engine and other accessories such as collision.
Lifting the engine requires special caution and a team's cooperation, because many parts of the engine body have to be removed, and the separation of the parts. First, the cathode of the battery should be removed, then the plug and wiring harness should be pulled out, so as to avoid the damage of the electronic control device.
When the cooling system is dismantled, the water in the water tank must first be discharged. The water discharged should be packed with utensils. Do not let the water drop onto the ground. Then, when the water pipes are dismantled, the people should put a basin at the outlet of the water pipes to avoid dropping on the ground. They should form a good working habit until all the water pipes are separated from the engine, and then dismantle the radiator fan and take it down. When leaving the fan, be careful not to let the fan blade scratch the radiator.
To remove the lubrication system, first screw down the oil cap, then twist the birch oil drain screw. When twisting the oil screw, hold the screw lime in your hand. Feel that the screw is screwed out, remove the screw quickly, so that the oil can not dirty your hands. The oil released should be screwed down with a special tool to check the cleanliness of the oil filter, and change it if necessary.
When disassembling the sensor harness, it must be carried out under the condition of power failure. After disassembly, carefully check again to see if there is any leak in the harness. If there is one, disassemble the harness without disassembly and mark it well so as to avoid wrong connection when the wiring is restored.

Remove the clutch and exhaust pipe section to make the engine completely independent. Finally, remove the fixed screw connecting the foot glue of the engine and the cross beam, and then use the iron link engine hook to lift the engine with the boom. The crane engine should be very careful and pay attention to safety, until the engine is stationary on the workbench and fixed.
The steps of installing engine and crane engine are totally opposite. It should be noted that the place connecting the water pipe interface must be coated with sealant to prevent leakage of water and oil. After installing, the trusted engine should be filled with oil, and the oil quantity should be checked in time, the water tank should be filled with water, and the leakage of the management seal should be checked when adding water. After installation, self-check again and make sure that everything is safe, then connect the battery and ignite the car.
