1 Secure the engine body with ropes or wire ropes, or install lifting rings on the cylinder head to lift it down or down.
2 When the engine is lifted out, the protective cover shall be used to prevent the body from being damaged. The passenger car can be lifted out from the front. When lifting the engine, make the front side of the engine face up, adjust the length of the rope or wire rope, and then lift it out.

3 For the disassembly of traveling vehicles and vans, it is necessary to jack up the whole vehicle, dismantle the transmission shaft, loosen the fixed bolts of the transmission, and remove the transmission. When removing the cooling system, first install the water in the water tank and drain it out. The drained water should be installed with utensils. Do not let the water drop to the ground. Then remove each water pipe. When pulling out the water pipe, people should put a basin at the outlet of the water pipe to prevent the water from dropping to the ground. Form a good working habit until all the water pipes are separated from the engine. Then remove the cooling fan and take it out When leaving the fan, be careful not to let the fan blade scratch the radiator.
Remove the lubricating system, first screw off the oil cover, and then screw the birch oil drain screw. When screwing the oil drain screw, hold the screw with your hand, feel that the screws are all screwed out, and quickly remove the screws, so that the oil will not contaminate your hands. Then, screw off the oil filter with a special tool, check the cleanliness of the oil filter, and replace it if necessary.
When removing the sensor harness, it must be carried out under the condition of power failure. After the removal, check it carefully to see if there is any leakage. If there is any, remove the sensor harness and mark it to avoid wrong wiring when the wiring is restored.
Remove the clutch and exhaust pipe section to make the engine completely independent. Finally, remove the fixing screw connecting the engine support foot glue and the cross beam, then connect the engine hook with iron, and lift the engine out with the boom. Pay special attention to the safety of the engine lifting, until the engine is stably placed on the workbench and fixed.
The steps of installing the engine and lifting the engine are completely opposite. What should be noted is that the upper layer of sealant must be applied at the place where the water pipe joint is connected to prevent water leakage and oil leakage. After installation, we need to trust that the engine oil is added, and check the oil quantity in time, add water into the water tank, and check whether there is water leakage at the management seal when adding. After installation, we need to self check again to make sure there is no loss After that, connect the battery and start the car.
